The bar crawl consists of over 1000 Northumbria students in a "Rather be a Poly Than a C***!" T-shirt and 1000 Newcastle students in a "Your Dad Works For My Dad!" T-shirt!! Over 2000 students on one amazing and essential bar crawl that spans 10 tightly knit bars and 1 phenomenal club!

Once inside the club you can battle with the opposition on the huge gladiator duel (as seen on the Gladiators TV show from the 90s) followed by some hilarious stage games to decide the winner of this year's Battle Of The Unis!!!!

Please bring ID with you as all venues operate a challenge 21 rule. We encourage responsible drinking. If you are going to drink then please try to let someone know if you are going home (and let them know when you get home) or ask a friend to walk you home. Please remember to drink plenty of water during the night, free tap water is available in all venues. If you feel unwell then please let a steward who will be clearly identifiable or a member of staff know.

This event is advertised as a 'battle of the unis' but in no way encourages any form of violence (verbal, physical or otherwise) and it will not be tolerated in any way.

As the event is held in public bars and venues, please treat everyone with respect, this includes: other people who are out, local residents, bar staff and anyone else whom you may come across during the night. REMEMBER EVERYONE WANTS TO ENJOY THEIR NIGHT!
